The exhibits will take place in Grand Ballroom C & D.
Rates: $250 for day 1 & 2 each day 3 – $225
parking – $15 per day
Show Hours: Tuesday, September 22nd 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. (would need to set up before 4:30..so probably around 1:30 or so to arrive for set up then change and put your business attire on to work the show from 5pm -7) Wednesday, September 23rd 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.(arrive at 9:30) Thursday, September 24th 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.•(tear down starting at 1pm) Set up and tear down should not take that long.

Pharmaceutical Casting

Casting for a still photo campaign for a large pharmaceutical
company. This library of images will be used ONLY For this company and be
used in their marketing materials with regards to medications used when
combating Sleep Deprivation, Allergies, Asthma, Diabetes, Hypertension,
Migraines, and Obesity.
The portrayal of these images will be positive lifestyle activities that are
a result from the use of these medications. Activities include Shopping,
Walking, Cooking, Eating, etc.
We are looking for all shapes and sizes. And, we are looking for
representation from three specific groups within our global culture to find
our models. Those groups are representative of the Native American, the LGBT
(Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender), and the People With Disabilities
communities. In trying to maintain true authenticity, we are searching for
real talent from within these communities, as well as reaching out to the
professional talent community of Seattle.

The production of this shoot will occur between Oct 4 thru 16. We will be
shooting for a total of eight days during this time. Production will take
place in Seattle, WA.
